Three Colorado counties, Fremont, Custer and Weld county may declare themselves to be 2nd Amendment sanctuary counties. Regardless of what the Colorado state legislature may do in terms of fire arm laws, these counties would first look to the 2nd Amendment and would ignore state laws that go against the 2nd Amendment.
