3/5's of The Way to Freedom

The balance of power in the House was skewed towards the Southern States, as it had also been under the Articles of Confederation. But the limit of 3/5's also served to slow that power shift toward the South. And it presaged the day when all men would be equal. Constitution Thursday was a  standard feature of Afternoons Live with Dave & John as heard live weekdays on  KFIV and KWSX Modesto/Stockton. starting in 2010, Constitution Thursday became a  weekly event, and with John joining the show in late 2012, it was decided to start over.
