That's why today we're going to talk about: How we potentially waste confidence building experiences How you have hidden fractionated experience all around you How to use the your new found confidence on your own construction site. You have more experience in you than you realize AND so much more ability to be confident in what you're capable because of that. I want you to do the exercise of writing down all your fractionated experiences and the skillsets you've gain from them.
