3. A Growing Movement - Acts 14 - Embrace the Mission

Life can be a roller coaster. If we have no plan or objective in our life, then we have no choice but to follow our feelings and impulses to make ourselves more comfortable and surface-level happy. But when we embrace the mission that God has given to us, He supernaturally gives us a steadfastness to remain focused on the things of eternal importance. In Acts 14, the highest of highs are experienced through miracles of God while at the same time the lowest of lows are seen in undermining and even murder. Through it all, the apostles stay focused on the mission and return home from their first missionary journey with testimony of all that God had done in the region. Are we reacting inconsistently to the circumstances around us or are we focused on the mission God has for us?
