Timestamps: ✨00:05 Should I explain myself if anyone asks me what I do and I know they will not understand? - many encounter problems of reconnecting with old friend or relatives who have a certain idea of who we are as a person, only to find out that we have changed. This tends to make people feel uneasy and confused, however we do not need to explain ourselves to anyone if it does not feel right. ✨03:14 I feel like my new and old self are colliding. How do I continue my life this way? - theres normally a catch up effect that occurs when we change rapidly and it’s not until we are confronted with situations or individuals that allow us to see truly how far we have come. ✨07:28 What does this person keep triggering me? - many are encountering the same trigger with the same person, no matter how much time we’ve spent healing this part of ourselves. There are always more layers to uncover, but we must continue to stay true to ourselves and set boundaries that honour who we are.
