The Great Resignation. Ces trois mots traduisent un phénomène de société qui a été une lame de fond aux Etats-Unis, depuis le début de la pandémie de Covid-19 : en novembre 2021, plus de 4,5 millions de salariés avaient quitté leur emploi. Si un tel mouvement de démissions n’a pas eu lieu en France, beaucoup de salariés ont déménagé, quittant Paris au profit de villes de province à taille plus humaine. Les attentes, voire les exigences des individus, ont évolué. Le curseur s’est en quelque sorte déplacé, avec une envie forte de la part des salariés, à deux niveaux en particulier : faire évoluer leur carrière parfois différemment, en donnant plus de sens à leur vie professionnelle, et replacer le travail dans un schéma plus équilibré de vie. Face à ces attentes grandissantes, où se place aujourd’hui l’entreprise ? Et surtout, comment doit-elle s’adapter pour y répondre à ? Les entreprises ont-elles pris la mesure de ce nouvel état de fait et parviennent-elles à y répondre de manière globale, en ayant une vision stratégique de la situation ?
