Andy Ramage is the co-founder of OneYearNoBeer, he is also an author, entrepreneur and behavioural change expert.Andy is a former professional athlete, who after injury cut short his career he went on to create two multimillion-dollar city brokerages. After achieving traditional “success” Andy was left unfit, unhealthy, overweight, stressed and unhappy. He believed there had to be another way to win big in the city while staying super fit, healthy, maintaining a happy home life and doing it with a smile on his face. So he set out on a quest to study peak performance and well-being. As part of this process, Andy took a break from alcohol.
