Grants - Art vs Science? What is a grant? “A grant is a financial award provided by a government agency, foundation, corporation, or other entity to an individual, organisation, or project to support a specific purpose or activity. Grants are typically non-repayable funds that are intended to advance a particular goal or mission, such as research, education, community development, or charitable activities. Grant applications usually involve a competitive process where individuals or organizations submit proposals outlining their project or initiative, including the goals, methods, budget, and expected outcomes. Grantmakers review these proposals and award funds to those they believe will best achieve the desired objectives. Grants can cover a wide range of fields and purposes, including academic research, arts and culture, social services, environmental conservation, and more. They play a crucial role in supporting initiatives that may not be feasible through other means, such as personal savings or traditional loans.” The googles ** Grab our Grant Cheat Sheet HERE ** - https://www.disinfluencer.co/grants Links to what we spoke about in the show; Social Entrepreneurship episode Social Traders Who Gives a crap Hote Etico Life Straw AMP Tomorrow Makers Adam Spencer -- Get yourself a free digital accessibility audit HERE - https://www.disinfluencer.co/jupiter Book a discovery call with me: Simone - https://calendly.com/disinfluencer/discovery We hope you enjoyed this episode :) Don't be shy, subscribe, share and slide into our DMs and let us know what you think. – disinfluencer.co is The ONLY Creative Talent Agency representing People with Disabilities.
