Inside: No One Left to Say Goodbye is a behind-the-scenes Q&A on my new play about a family navigating grief, love, and responsibility. I walk through the origins of the piece, why Mr. Rogers’ voice frames the show, and how the continuously rotating set moves us between the kitchen, living room, and back patio without breaking the emotional thread. You’ll meet Linda, Evan, and Caleb—three people bound by loss and the hard work of telling the truth. We discuss inspiration (including 9/11), themes, music cues, and dream casting, as well as what I want audiences to feel when the lights go down.
