Reflecting influences from the 90s onward, these tunes represent a synthesis of techno, industrial, rave, and psychedelic trance, built with care, eccentricity, and many classic synthesizers. “Bulldozer” opens the EP with a deep rumbling foundation and ominous, moaning synths that establish a post-apocalyptic atmosphere before the title track takes a turn into deeper, denser spaces ornamented with riffs that remind one of the engine of a dying machine. “Lost Me Mind” evokes a nightmarish version of the 1980s with vocoder vocals and harsh drones, and “Tainted Zenith” goes deep into acid territory with menacing 303 riffs and metallic percussion.
