3. Mindset and getting on with it with Scott Owen

I was so stoked to have another original member of the Club Sober group,  Scotty Owen.  Scott is that amazing bass player from The Living End,  you know the guy that stands on his bass guitar (no idea how he does that).  We talk about what gets you through,  rolling up your sleeves and just fighting your demons head on,  replacing bad habits and mindset.  Scotty was a seasoned binge drinker from years and years of being on the road.  He had quit for 6 months originally but found himself right back where he started.   He decided to join our 12 month pact and has never looked back.   For more resources on alcohol go towww.iquitalcohol.com.au instagram @howiquitalcoholMusic by Mr Cassidy (written by Danni Carr).    Hosted on Acast.
