Legend has it the original Mudslide was born in the 1970s at the Wreck Bar on Grand Cayman, when a bartender swapped Baileys Irish Cream into a White Russian after running out of cream. A happy accident, and history was made.Dan spins the tale forward with his Irish twist: ditch the vodka, bring in a proper Irish whiskey—his pick is Egan’s Bonder’s Blend, which layers in spice, butter, coconut, and a whiff of clove.
