#3: My Half-Assed Attempt at Being a "Minimalist"

from Jacked on the Beanstalk: The Podcast · host Samantha Shorkey

The last couple of months, I've really been asking myself what truly adds value to my life (and I'm not just talking about peanut butter and a perky ass.) I'm talking about getting rid of life’s "excess" in favour of focusing on what’s actually important. And all this self-reflection led me to the whole concept of "minimalism" and realizing just how far from being a minimalist I am. Nevertheless, I really do resonate with many of the minimalist principles and have started to apply many of them to my own life and seen positive results. So today on the podcast, I share some of those learnings, my own half-assed attempt at minimalism and some tips & suggestions for how you too can live a simpler, more intentional life.
