We are reviewing every part of our life and what we want to keep or change. Anything and everything is on the table because we love our life but this intensity changes everything. We were in the thick of it before but now we want to slow down and have more connection. He will have a lifetime of appointments and be at risk for illness. Being a parent is hard - with added complexities, it gets harder. It can be lonely and isolating when dealing with medical challenges in a family and focusing on connection is key to keeping everyone well.
