3 Questions to Ask Your Basketball Coach

from Hard Smart Together Chalk Talks · host Coach Dave

If you’re a high school basketball player who has big plans for the upcoming basketball season, you shouldn’t wait until tryouts or just before the season starts to have a sit down with your coach. Today I am going to share exactly what questions to ask from your coach in order to set the foundation for a great season ahead. We are back for another school year and if you aren’t back to school yet, I’m sure you’ll be starting up in a week or so. This is something every player needs to have as soon as school starts, a player-coach one on one meeting. I don’t want you to wait until a week before the season or even wait til tryouts, I want you to do this now, believe me, it’s one of the best things you will do for your basketball career. I know it’s intimidating, that’s why I am going to share exactly what to talk about and 3 questions to ask your coach, even if you or your coach aren’t the most incredible communicators (yet). Welcome back to Hard Smart Together! I’m Coach Dave, I’m here every week to help basketball players become the smart, confident players that coaches love. Hope you enjoy! Coach Dave
