3 QUESTIONS TO GAIN DEEP CLARITY FROM YOUR NEXT MEDITATION : #361

Never expect the mind to offer up information when it has NOT been asked for it ...    Many times in meditation there is something that happens that can cause a loop of suffering with seemingly no way out .. This happens when the mind has been quieted enough to offer the observation of an unwanted emotion .. If we try to allow clarity on this emotion without actually telling the mind we want to know what is causing it.. and we are ready to hear it .. The mind will keep the reason locked away... You will feel the emotion still.. which is just the symptom of the limiting belief or the lack of love for yourself ..   Imagine running a fever, cold sweats , goosebumps and no energy ..... But when asked if you want to go for an exam to actually find out the cause .. You say NO.... Underneath the negative emotion or  " Symptom" .. is the reason or the root cause .( which is what needs to be healed and released). If the answer is not consciously asked for the mind will lock it away.. and it will stay off limits... The mind has been programed by you to keep it from you ...  Until you are ready...
