As Brick and Mortar Business Owners we have a lot to manage, and many times our efforts are wasted because we are not setting ourselves up for future success. We need to be super intentional with what we are doing today in our business, creating the system as we are doing the action so we can duplicate it next time easily - without having to scramble to find the list of details we need to make it happen.  There are three take action steps in the episode that I want you to do. 1.
