In medical culture, negative feedback predominates the feedback gifts that we receive. While feedback is a gift in so many ways, it’s never easy to receive negative feedback. And it’s especially difficult to feel like you only ever get ‘bad news’. Taking this situation and being skilful with your response is, however, a game-changer when it comes to sky-rocking your career and becoming the person you want to be in this world.
