She claimed her healthy lifestyle cured her inoperable brain cancer and encouraged others to make these lifestyle choices. Nathalie shares the case of Elizabeth Holmes, an American businessperson and CEO of Theranos (or is it Thanos? We have a hard time with this one). She claimed her company developed technology that was capable of running tests on small amounts of blood. What influenced these women to try to scam? We discuss sociopathic behavior and consider Munchausen syndrome as possible motives.
