3 - Selecta

So excited to drop this third installment. I sat down with a man who could easily be called the best DJ in Pittsburgh (there's a ton of talent here don't get me started, Nugget has to be mentioned as well but the styles are very different) for over an hour. We cover the history of hip hop in Pittsburgh, give out secrets about the shadow lounge, mac miller, cover how the pandemic birthed his transition to live streaming which he feels saved his DJ career. It was fun, I laughed probably too much, and honestly can't wait to have him back on. I will do my homework next time and remember more dancehall standards and also more songs off Paul's Boutique. Take a listen and let me know in the comments who I need to have on next!
