3. The Importance of Being Selfish with Dr. Brad Reedy

Dr. Brad Reedy is a friend, mentor, and pretty awesome therapist, public speaker, author, podcaster and beyond. Brad and I get real on craving authentic connection, why we shouldn't fix other peoples' problems, the art of being selfish, and why shame and guilt doesn't work in healing. He's the kind of person I can sit and listen to and nod my head with and feel super nurtured for hours - and he can make me cry at the drop of a hat.   Dr. Brad Reedy is a Co-owner and Clinical Director of Evoke Therapy Programs, an experientially-based therapy program for adolescents, young-adults and families.
