3 Things I Wish Everyone Knew About Energy Healing

After teaching Reiki Master class last weekend, I realized there are three things I wish everyone knew about energy healing. I didn't teach Reiki for ten years because I was learning and sharing so many other healing modalities. Taking my Next Level Healer graduates to the Reiki Master training was so revealing to me and gave me such a growth snapshot of my own evolutionary timeline. Here's a recap of the three things I really wish everyone knew when it comes to energy healing. Energy work is an every day occurrence, just like brushing and flossing your teeth. You will never get done and you have to learn how to keep yourself clean, clear and grounded on a daily basis. The work is never ending and even though I highly recommend receiving work from a skilled practitioner, that will never be enough. You have to be in the driver's seat of your own healing, weeding your garden every single day.  Your body is electrical. There's nothing woo woo or mystical about the fact that the voltage your body produces can be harnessed and directed by YOU. Your electrical power is yours for the taking. You get to tell the energy in your body where to go and what to do.  Energy work is easy and comes in all kinds of forms. Most people think of being on a treatment table when they think of receiving energy healing but energy work is affirmations, visualizations, qi gong, cooking, breathing, mindfulness, you name it. When you live the lifestyle of a healer, your entire life is energy work. The hard part is slowing down and carving out the time to do energy healing. You already have what it takes to do energy work: breath, intention and imagination.  The doors to my Next Level Healer online course open March 1!
