3 Tips to being a High Value Asset

from Julie Saillant · host Julie Saillant

What is it? Someone so critical to an organization that the loss of access would have a serious impact on the organization's ability to function. If you are an Entrepreneur, the loss of your focus will determine your ability to make a difference in the world. How it affects you: As an Entrepreneurs, when you are down and take yourself out of the game by thinking negatively, you have thrown a huge monkey wrench into your ability to generate income, connect with clients and make an impact. If you are an Equestrian are not focused and doubting your capabilities – your performance and more importantly, your relationship with your horse will suffer. What do to instead: How do we change this? 1 Change your expectations by removing the limits you have in place which were formed to protect yourself from failing. In other words, don’t lower your expectations, raise them. 10X your expectations. 2 Give yourself the space to fail and try again except learning that this is not a failure, it’s a lesson that is happening FOR you instead of AGAINST you. Failure is something you can’t come back from; a lesson is a positive learning experience you can build on. 3 Go back to the “Safe zone” where you feel comfortable to regroup after you have tried to stretch yourself and received a lesson. When you give yourself the chance to go back to the safe zone, you will end on a positive note and give yourself the freedom to change and try again tomorrow. I am offering a 30-day Manifesting Masterclass for $297 beginning on Monday, September 28th, 2020. Check out the link here: https://www.juliesaillant.com/copy-of-contact-1

Sisters Cracking Up Abby Rodman and Julie Howard Any woman in midlife knows the complexities of this time of life have the potential to crack us. Fortunately, there just as many things that crack us up…and keep us sane. We're midlife sisters, psychotherapist Abby Rodman and beauty expert and coach Julie Howard, and we want to talk about all of it. We're with you — commiserating, crying, raging, and, yes, laughing all along the way. And maybe, like us, you've got a sister to share it all with. If you don't, we might just be the sisters you've been looking for. We talk openly, honestly, and (hopefully) humorously about social and psychological topics that really matter like relationships, parenting, careers, aging, stress, sex, health, and mental health. Our goal is to listen, share, understand, enlighten, laugh and, most of all, figure out this crazy time of life together — like sisters.
