Pour ce troisième épisode nous avons discuté avec Marine Dias (UX Researcher @ Haigo) et Sabine Condiescu (UX Designer @ in-Tact). Les échanges sont animés par Anthony Adam (Head of Design @ Pretto).  Avec elles nous lançons plusieurs pistes qui permettent d'entamer un début de réflexion sur la question de l'user washing et de la posture éthique qui peut / doit en découler.  Le sujet de l'éthique est au cœur d’une réflexion à mener face à la technologie et la place du designer dans les choix de conception.  Qu'est-ce que l'user washing ? Nous discutons de cette notion et partageons des exemples que nous rencontrons dans notre travail ; Travailler avec des utilisateurs c'est s'exposer. Lorsque l'on implique des utilisateurs il faut être prêt à aller au bout de la démarche. Écouter des utilisateurs ce n'est pas faire un "cahier de doléance" ; Qu'est ce que l'éthique ? Avant d'être capable d'évoquer la posture éthique du designer il faut être capable de définir ce que nous entendons par "éthique". Une notion compliquée à définir ; Le designer est-il acteur ou exécutant ? Quel est le rôle du designer lorsqu'il est confronté à ces situations et quelle sera sa responsabilité finale ; La transparence est-elle une réponse ? Doit-on expliquer le pourquoi et le comment ? Cette explication - présente dans l'interface - est-elle une réponse adaptée aux problème d'éthique que peuvent rencontrer les designers ? Enregistré a NUMA, le 15 mai 2019.
