#3 - Where do you choose to act from? Creating from inspiration and for value

In this episode, I delve into the topic of 'where we choose to act from in our lives?  I use my creative process and business as a real time example to explore this further.I have been reflecting on my creation process recently when it comes to my business, content, events, art and bringing more intention to it. Focusing on acting from inspiration and for value as opposed to being as influenced by the idea of what I "should" do, or "need" to do. That way of doing things before didn't light me up. In this time of metrics, likes, follows, shares, I have found that they became a focus for me. I became lost in them at times. Birthing my business during a world of lockdowns meant I had a major focus on the online space. It became king to me. So I am in this real shift now around where my focus goes and how I choose to create and show up. Thinking about what's the way I desire to show up in my life, rather than how I think I should.
