3. Why the HYDRATE Podcast?

from HYDRATE with Tracy Duhs · host Tracy Duhs

I never, not in a million years, thought I’d be hosting a podcast. But then, in some conversations with close friends and mentors, I started to think... I’ve spent the last 15 years learning from some of the most elite doctors in the world. I’ve learned so much in the process, and I’ve been able to integrate that knowledge into my own practice to better serve the people I work with. But I only have so much time, so I was limited in the amount of people I could help upgrade their health. I realized through a conversation I had with Ben Greenfield that anyone can listen to a podcast. This makes it a perfect platform for my message, one that is incredibly aligned with my mission to offer practical applications of modern wellness that can be easily woven into the tapestry of your everyday life. In my previous episode with Robert Slovak, I introduced you to the concept of cellular intelligence, provided a broad overview of what I think is wrong with the current medical model, and shared why hydration is a critical —but often overlooked and rarely understood — foundation to human health. In this episode, I want to give you a taste of what to expect from the show moving forward: what it’s all about, what my intentions are, and how we can stay connected so that this is a two-way conversation! And I can’t do that without first introducing you to the 9 Pillars of Modern Wellness: Hydration Nutrition Trace Elements (Minerals) Grounding Sunlight Movement Sleep⁣ Loving + Connected Community⁣ Creative Playtime⁣   Connect with Tracy Duhs: WEBSITE | www.tracyduhs.com INSTAGRAM | www.instagram.com/tracyduhs FACEBOOK | www.facebook.com/tduhs
