3 women found dead with gunshot wounds to the head in South Philly

Philadelphia police are investigating an apparent double homicide and suicide in South Philadelphia. Officers responded to an incident at South 10th and Bigler streets around 5:30 p.m. When they arrived, police say they found three adult women inside with gunshot wounds to their heads. They were pronounced dead a short time later. According to police, their preliminary findings indicate that two of the victims were shot and killed, and the third victim may have turned the gun on herself. (photo credit: NBC10)
