This harms consumers, who deserve to know what is in the products they use, and to have safer personal products that are free of toxic chemicals. This is why we need Congress to pass bills that ban the use of harmful chemicals in the products that my family and I use every day. I urge you (if you’re speaking directly to the elected representative, if not, then say: “your boss”) to co-sponsor the Safer Beauty Bill Package. This package calls for the disclosure of fragrance and flavor ingredients, a ban on 11 toxic ingredients, and more.
