Our core is so weak after having a baby which makes these ab exercises so much more important and vital during postpartum recovery.  What I love about these exercises is no matter what stage of motherhood you are in, pregnant or postpartum, they are safe!   I know you are busy as a new mom. So even if you can’t complete these exercises, I want you to still be thinking about exercise and keeping it in the back of your mind to be fit.
