-AJ Fusco is a chef and firefighter for the Harrison, NY Fire Department -In 2011, he started the brand ‘Fork and Hose Co.’ as a way to share his passion for cooking with other firefighters. Over time F&H Co. grew to a community of roughly 18k, including a multitude of firehouse chefs, all sharing meals and recipes with a focus on healthier cooking.-He graduated top of his class from the International Culinary Center (Manhattan) in 2016 and has worked in multiple disciplines in the restaurant industry to include time in both butchers shops and authentic Italian pizzerias -He’s the winner of the 'Salute to Firefighters' episode on Food Network’s 'Guy’s Grocery Games'.
