What this episode covers
How frustrated and defeated Moses must have felt as the people of Israel who had only recently been powerfully delivered from their bondage under Pharaoh, incessantly whined and complained to Him. He felt all alone as if he had single-handedly brought this huge company of people out of Egypt. Even though seventy elders had been empowered by God to help him, he expressed a desire that all of God's people would live in the power of God‘s Spirit. As outlandish as this might have seemed, it was exactly what Yahweh God intended with His new covenant in Christ. He has written it upon every heart with his Spirit. Scripture references; Numbers 11:4-6, 4-I5, 16-17, 24-30, Joel 2:28-32, Jeremiah 31:31-34, II Corinthians 3:3, I John 2:20-27, Romans 8:26-27, John 6:45 and Luke 6:39-45.
