Today we are chatting with Andrea Lucas, founder of Barre & Soul. Andrea became a single mom as a teen and rebuilt her life after surviving domestic violence. Barre &  Soul, which started as a small barre and yoga studio, has become a multimillion dollar business and grown to 4 locations. Andrea is a speaker, a feminist, and has even written her own book, “Own It All.” Today we chat with Andrea about how she started over after becoming a teen mom, how she found her voice through group fitness, and how she took the leap of faith to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming an author..
