30. Bill Fandel Interview: Honing Your Craft for Success

Today, I'm talking to Bill Fandel Telluride Sotheby's International Realty. I'm going to run through a long list of accomplishments that he has received, awards he's received throughout his career that are just astonishing. But before I do that, make sure you listen to what he's accomplished and make sure you understand. This is one of the most giving authentic brokers I might have worked with and came from, you know, a regular middle-class background, somewhat humble beginnings, and has really accomplished things that he was told could never be done. But on that, I wanted to say that before I run through this long list of accomplishments that he's made. So you just really get, this is a real guy showing us that if he can do it, any of us can. He ranks among the top 38 in Sotheby's International Realty of the brokers in the country. He is recognized by the wall street journal as one of the top 250 real estate brokers in the US he's ranked number 11. He's been ranked number 38. He's been ranked number I think 100. Over the years, he ranks number three in Colorado. He has taken part in a series of record-setting transactions in his region. He has twice been named to Telluride Realtor of the year, he's received the president's award for his commitment to the Telluride association of realtors. And he's a frequent guest panelist for the Sotheby's International Realty, global networking events. He is a guest contributor to Forbes magazine, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, LA times among other famous publications on the topic of luxury real estate.
