Modi government's last Union Budget before the Lok Sabha elections, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley prepared a 17,991-word speech that he tabled in Parliament today.If the frequency of words used by the finance minister is any indication about the priorities of the Narendra Modi government, farmers - who also constitute the largest chunk of voters - top the list.However, Jaitley used the word 'tax' 116 times, 'infrastructure' 65 times, and health 39 times.
