Apple & Cinnamon tea. For our 30th episode, our guest of honor is Kata Magyar who was initially Gonzalo´s friend but Elsa has also met her a few times already. They all got together at Sende Coliving in Galicia for the first time and more recently in Valencia where Kata has settled down after being a digital nomad and living in different countries for a while. During the conversation, we dive into personal experiences and reflections on life’s transitions. We started talking about how apple & cinnamon tea sparked a cozy memory on Kata, reminding her of winter in Hungary (her home country!) and the festive spirit of Christmas markets. We also discussed the challenges of settling down when constantly moving from country to country and how it becomes harder as we grow older. We explored the nuances of making new friends and the interesting ways we save contacts on our phones based on where or how we met them. Lastly, we delve into the topic of commitment—whether it's in friendships, romantic relationships, or even self-commitment. We share thoughts on how to maintain meaningful connections in a time where commitment seems to be fading. Our interesting talk concluded with a reflection on the wonderful and fun moments we've experienced together. If you're curious to learn more about Kata and her unique approach to life, we invite you to tune in to 🎙️ this episode—you’re sure to enjoy it! 🙂
