30 Days of Honouring The People I Walk With - Day 1

Yesterday I shared on social media that over the next 30 days, I’ll be sharing stories of the people I’ve had the deep honour of walking beside. This is where this pull began. On Monday I parked my car at the gym on my way to Spin class.  As I walked, I was reflecting on the fact that often we risk it all (our identity and safety) in the process of our becoming.  It hit me emotionally and my eyes went teary.  I noticed this. Then later that day as I was writing my notes to self, that feeling came back and I began writing, person after person in the third person, starting with “There is nothing more I love than walking with people who”.  At the fourteenth person, the vision of this 30 days of honouring came and I said yes.
