This is her TOP priority! Her cattle graze on 1,000s of acres at 9,000 feet, eating protein rich timothy grass, drinking mountain run-off water, and breathing pristine clean air. Plus her beef is pasture raised and grain finished. After harvest, her beef is dry aged for 21 days. The combination creates perfectly marbled beef with tremendous flavoring.
