The FBI can't say yet whether a black man found hanging in a tree died by homicide or suicide. Otis Byrd had last been seen March 2nd. Searchers found his body Thursday in a wooded area not far from the home he'd been renting in the town of Port Gibson, Mississippi about 60 miles southwest of Jackson.
