He is a certified teacher of Aikido (4th Dan Black Belt), Qi Gong, and after much research/studying several forms of breath work with masters around world, he and his wife, Dr. Gerbarg created a program called Breath-Body-Mind for professionals,yoga teachers, survivors of mass disasters like 911, and the general public.
