30 - Honouring Traditions

What is something you and your family do on special occasions? Do you keep the same traditions or do you create new ones for yourself? In this episode, Genny talks about how it's important to honour the old traditions while at the same time, adopting new traditions when it's the right time. For some, tradition is something that should carry on. Maybe it's a recipe passed down by generations or a simple activity such as opening one gift on Christmas eve.
