#30 - Hustle - Peter-John Falloon 🇯🇲

Gary's guest this week is a person who took a big leap of faith to give him a legitimate chance in my coaching career. It also marks the first conversation with a 'US bound' guest from outside the UK & Ireland. Peter-John Falloon crossed his own 'pond' when he first moved to the US in the year 2000 and since graduating university has become a well-recognized figure on the NJ college soccer scene. We talk about adapting to his move to the US from Jamaica and the influential mentors along the way that have helped him get ahead. We also discuss the characters he's come across and how his perspectives have changed in the past few years to allow him more time with his family. #crossingthepond #hustle #timingiseverything #trust #takingopportunites #reasonoraseason #jamaica
