#30 Is it coming from love or out of fear...

Is it  coming from love or out of fear is a very valuable question for the true intention of our actions and what intention is really behind it. Fear is often disguised in distrust, doubt, striving for security, control, etc.. We often do not even realize that we are driven by it and it is 99.9 percent a mental construct from the past. We don't "think" healthy fear, we experience it directly in the now, when we are really in danger, but how often does this really happen? What we usually do in our personality is to believe our thought patterns and to create a scenario that is not there at all. Review your thoughts, your actions, your intentions. What energy do they come from? And then let them fall if they come from fear and not from love, as you will create more of what you don´t want.
