30. Jocelyn Earnest

Jocelyn Earnest was 38 years old and had a great career, great friends, and a loving family.  She was in the process of ending a 12 year marriage and starting this new chapter of her life in Pine Bluff, Virginia.  She was happy, active, and had everything going for her then suddenly she is found, in her home, with a gunshot wound to her head, a gun lying by her side, and a suicide note.  Police are immediately suspicious and begin questioning was this a suicide or a murder?
