In this episode we have special guest Josh Littauer. Josh is the Houston Director of Operations for EMA Engineering and Consulting. Their firm specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for K-12 Facilities through out Texas. Josh has been in the engineering and construction industry for 8 years in a variety of capacities, with his primary roll now being in project management and operations. We talk about the state of K-12, construction in Texas and how there is always a place for leadership in construction.
