Fint besøg af Ultralandsholds løber og vinder af sidste års Horsens Backyard ! Lisbeth har løbet Ultraløb siden 2016 og kom hurtigt i betragtning til Ultralandsholdet med en rigtig fin tid på hendes første 100 Miles løb på Mors. Det er siden dog kun blevet til at repræsentere Danmark ved en konkurrence i Rumænien til 24 Timer EM , og i den forbindelse kommer vi lidt ind på de økonomiske udfordringer der kan være ved at ville løbe med eliten. Der bliver snakket om forskellige oplevelser fra løb, heriblandt det første 100 km, 100 miles på Mors, Asta Maries 24 timer , Horsens Backyard , Kronborg Backyard, et forsøg på 72 timer og selvfølgelig turen med landsholdet i Rumænien. Vi kommer også vidt omkring i træning og hvordan krop og hoved virker i et ultraløb, derudover snakker vi selvfølgelig også drømme for løbekarrieren og meget mere !
