I know it's been a crazy few weeks with Coronavirus and that there's a lot of fear, uncertainty and information overload. During this time I really wanted to come on and just continue to be a positive resource of inspiration and light. We're in for a challenging few weeks and I want to share a tool I've talked about quite a bit that helps me stay calm and grounded and that is Gratitude Walks. All that is certain right now and all we can control is our mindset.  Gratitude walks help me keep things in perspective and manage my anxiety.
