Rene Celaya talks about his career and a life well-traveled from teaching English abroad post Harvard to becoming a monitoring evaluation officer for CARE, working in the Republic of Georgia, Honduras, Panama, Mozambique and Jerusalem. He and his family came back to the States where he secured a position as Assistant Dean at Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs for two years.
