Scott has been playing music all his life. He says, "Music is therapy for me; it's a lifelong love." He was with Up With People, "which has pure positive energy and gives people a hopeful message." He founded the Positive Music Association, as well as World Singing Day, which is for everyone and is held the third Saturday of October. "If you can speak, you can sing," he says, and "research shows singing bonds people together faster than anything else." Scott says, "Music is healing, is the way to get in touch with my wise joyful self, and probably saved my life too."
