30: The Solar Plexus Chakra

𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕠𝕝𝕒𝕣 ℙ𝕝𝕖𝕩𝕦𝕤 ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 In Episode 30, I am discussing the basics of the solar plexus chakra. This is where we access our personal power and identity. Solar plexus energy gives us confidence and the drive to take action towards our purpose and manifestations.  Because of the yellow solar energy in this chakra, we sometimes see this as an inner flame that gets ignited to spark our motivation. This fire energy also reminds me of the sign of Leo in astrology! This sign also rules the 5th house, where we experience the playfulness of children and let ourselves be seen in the spotlight.
