#30 - Virtuoso Pizzeria by David Losole

In this episode of What's Up Omaha I head out to Benson, Nebraska to see what's up with David Losole at Virtuoso Pizzeria. I've never been in the commercial kitchen of a pizzeria and oh my did it smell good. This was a great place to stop out to. David Losole is part of the locally known Losole family of Lo Sole Mio Ristorante. He wanted to branch out from the family business and start his own business because he loves the Benson area and saw a great opportunity when the Pizza Shoppe that formerly owned the space decided to close. The pizza is really good and the slices are huge! All the ingredients are freshly made and carefully measured out to make sure every individual pizza packs the same flavor punch.
